The appeal was filed by Child’s Rights activist. Excusing the request, Justices AM Khanwilkar called it a silly appeal as it makes no sense at this time when covid -19 pandemic cases are very few. The request was heard by the 3 adjudicator seats of Justices AM Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari, and CT Ravikumar.
